Coronavirus and deliveries
Following the recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the UK we’ve put in place a number of measures to protect our customers as well as our couriers, so we can make sure that our business is as safe as possible while continuing to provide you with great service.
We would like to reassure our customers that we’re actively following all government guidelines as health and safety remains out top priority to protect our customers and our people. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at increased risk of contracting the virus as it doesn’t survive long on non-metallic surfaces (and our deliveries are metal free).
There is currently no impact on our delivery services but you may see some differences in how your courier will go about delivering your parcel as our couriers reduce physical contact. However, as the pandemic is ongoing, delays to delivery times may occur in future at short notice. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in the timeframe you ask for at checkout, but ultimately we can only give estimates of delivery times rather than guarantees. Please contact us if there is any issue with your delivery and we'll do our best to help.
There may be a short delay in exchanges/returns as we quarantine incoming packages as a safety measure for 24 hours before processing them.
